Welcome to this gorgeous South Redondo suite that is steps away from the beautiful Esplanade!
This suite is newly remodeled and perfectly decorated! It is attached to the main house but has a private entrance on the ground level. The open floor plan makes the unit feel like a perfect beach home. There is Cal-King bed, couch, a flat screen TV, a dresser, a red-brick fireplace, and a dining area. There is an upgraded kitchen area with granite counter tops which includes a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and cabinet space. There is a separate bathroom area that has a stand up shower.
In the property’s backyard, there is: a jacuzzi, BBQ and an outside seating area to enjoy the beautiful summer nights.
This unit is located a few miles south of Manhattan Beach and a few miles north of Palos Verdes. South Redondo Beach’s Esplanade is a famous road strip with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. It makes for the perfect location for a run or a bike ride. The Redondo Beach Pier is a few blocks away with a lot of delicious fresh seafood and is a great place to watch boats come in and out of the harbor. Also, the Redondo Beach Riviera is also close by. There are a variety of restaurants, boutique shops and grocery stores!
