Low Peak Season: Oct-May $4,500/week, $950/night 3 night min. Mid Peak Season: June & September $6,500/week, $1,450/night 3 night min. High Peak Season: July-August $7,350/week, 1 week min Sa-Sa Major Holidays,spring break& graduation are at Peak Season rates upon availability 50% due upon booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $1,500 Refundable Security Deposit, $250 cleaning fee, 10% City Hotel Tax for stays under 28 days. Discounts for extended stays during all but Peak Season. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
