Centrally located between Palm Springs and La Quinta, this gated Rancho Mirage community is the perfect place to stay. This single level home is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It has a large living-dining area with cathedral ceilings. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped and the view from the kitchen window is fabulous. The inside laundry has a washer and dryer. Cable TV is provided throughout the house and the living area has a large TV/DVD. The master bedroom has a California King-size bed, TV/DVD, walk in closet and attached master bath with another closet. One guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and large closet. The other has a twin trundle bed (2 twins), a TV and a large closet.

Location

Approximately a one mile walk is “The River” mall, the most popular dining, shopping, and theatre destination in the Coachella Valley. A Starbucks is at The River too. Next door to the complex is the grocery and pharmacy. El Paseo Shopping District, Westfield Mall, Trader Joes and many fine restaurants are within a mile or two from the condo.
