The home is furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, microwave, utensils and dish ware. There is a dining table that seats up to four guests. The living room has a brand new plasma flat screen TV with a DVD player. The sofa turns into a Queen sleeper sofa to accommodate a couple extra guests. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a brand new plasma flat screen TV with a DVD player. There is a plenty of closet space with mirrored doors. The bathroom is separated into two areas (his/her sinks with plenty of counter space/drawers and the other for the shower/toilet).
The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a BBQ and seating area.
The location of this home is very close to the Redondo Beach Riviera area that has a lot of boutique shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Also near by is the famous Redondo Beach Pier that has fresh seafood, busy harbor and boat rentals so you can enjoy the harbor too! South Redondo Beach is a few miles south of Hermosa/Manhattan for additional shops and restaurants.
