This two-story home has 2 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests.
The first story has a hardwood floors throughout, built-in desk, living room, dining room, kitchen and washer/dryer room. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island for additional countertop space, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and fully stocked utensils/dish ware. The living room has comfortable seating arrangements with a flatscreen TV and a custom built-in desk. There is a half bathroom and a washer/dryer room. A big bonus is the patio off the living room!
The second story has the master bedroom and second bedroom as well as two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has Cal-King bed with a large walk-in closet, a mirrored closet, attached bathroom and a private patio (with two seats).The patio has an amazing view overlooking Downtown Manhattan Beach with the ocean! The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large walk-in closet, large dresser and an attached bathroom. Each of these bathrooms are designed elegantly with granite countertops and silver fixture accents.
As an additional bonus to the home, there are two Tempur-Pedic mattresses, ceiling fans in most rooms, plenty of linens and towels.
